Black-throated Blue Warbler

A tiny hopping bird among some dense shrubs! Capturing this guy at all was a challenge! Neither of these photos are particularly good, but I cannot understate just how hopping-around this bird was. I don’t think it stayed still for more than half a second at a time. Sometimes, the low light with the R7 does feel like it makes it tough to quickly get a shot in focus—or maybe I’m blaming my own lack of skills! Either way, I have a couple dozen out of focus or blurs of this bird, but just these two passable ones.

I quite like the pattern! I wish I had a clearer view!
