Black-naped Oriole



This black-naped oriole is incredibly striking and easy to notice! The downside? They were often very high in the trees! The third picture should give you an idea of what I was usually fighting against. Angles of the photos were rarely any good, but I did manage a couple clean-ish shots!
The dark eye mask, bright yellow feathers, and orange beak make me think of some kind of superhero, waiting up in the branches in case they are needed!
