Red Crossbill

Another single photo bird, but this one I’m mostly certain of the ID? If only because zooming in the beak definitely does seem to cross over itself. I suppose it could be a bit of seed or something it’s munching on, but I think it’s a crossbill.

As for the red part, I think this one’s a juvenile that has yet to gain its color. That’s one drawback of a bird species often being named for the adult male’s plumage!
