Osprey

I saw a handful of these (or perhaps the same one or two) over my long weekend shore expedition! Often, they were out above the waves looking for fish… or being heckled by gulls who wanted the fish they had! I’ll be honest, I thought the photos I had of the bird on the post were a lot better than they turned out being. I don’t know if it was the wind, the change in the temperature, or what, but I thought I had a clear shot from not too far away and there’s a good bit of distortion. Ah, well, next time!
