Hermit Crab
With their armored shells, these guys are always a lot of fun! They’re nature’s recyclers! I do worry about them when they cross boardwalks though, a lot of people don’t watch where they’re walking! I couldn’t count how many I’ve moved off of human made paths.
Did you know that there are over 800 species of hermit crab? I sure didn’t! I’m gonna call that a problem for future-me instead of figuring out which one this one is specifically.
