Grace’s Warbler

What a delightful little bird! The first two pictures are one of my favorite genre of bird photo: when a bird looks like it’s being abducted by a ufo right as it starts to take flight! The third photo has much more dramatic lighting!

At the time of writing this, Wikipedia describes them as: “a small New World warbler that specializes in pine woods” Which I choose to believe means they are carpenters comfortable with any wood material but have a special affection and talent for pine.

One of my “if I was obscenely rich” things I would want to do is have like a cloister or courtyard filled with trees that small birds would delight in. Could you imagine so many little warblers in the branches like christmas ornaments? Delightful.
