Carolina Wren

Carolina Wrens have always proved difficult for me to photograph! All the ones I’ve seen are very skittish and quick to flee, resulting in most of my photos being of them from the back or when they’re nestled inside a shrub. Even when one finally sat still on a log, it was so far away that I’m still not 100% happy with the shots I got.

Regardless, they’re very cute birds which move about with little hops and flutters! Fun to watch!
