Black-throated Green Warbler

The Black-throated Green Warblers were so much fun to photograph! There were multiple families with young birds to feed, so while it wasn’t always easy to spot them, when I did there was lots of stuff going on! These photos were taken across several days and in several locations!

The young bird just sitting there is so cute, and I got a few good pictures of it screaming for food too.

The adult has some striking colors, and I loved seeing moments where they’d peak around a branch at me to evaluate if I was a danger… and then ignore me because they decided I wasn’t!

I’m particularly happy with the first three photos where the parent is feeding a bug to the child! So cute!
