Long-tailed Parakeet

These were a fantastic set of birds to encounter at Singapore’s botanic gardens! In the middle of swan lake, there were at least half a dozen parakeets hanging around eating from the trees. Nova and I must have spent at least twenty-thirty minutes sitting and watching them fly around and chat with one another! It was a great time!

Look at the colors on these birds! Such vibrant faces and tails! Wonderful!

The very last picture is, I believe, one at a very long distance, silhouetted against the clouds!
