Hermit Thrush

This thrush was as shy as a wren! Well, at least as far as my limited photography experience has gone. Particularly evasive and despite being a good distance off the path would keep skittering away whenever I moved forward on the trail. I hope I didn’t bother it too much but also, I was staying on the trail, if it flew perpendicular it would’ve lost me immediately!

Maybe it was both curious and cautious? It kept looking back at me but never flying too far!
