Harvestman
A bug by many names, these arachnids are not-quite spiders but often confused with them! They got some looooooooong legs! And this one was perched ever-so-politely on the top of a post along a park path! It was also early autumn, so ‘tis the season for a harvest!
There are actually a bunch of species of Harvestmen, but I can’t find any good documentation for different species in the area. Since bugs of all stripes aren’t really my focus, I’m fine just labeling this with the family of bugs. Who knows, maybe some years down the line I’ll have to come back and update this one!
