Gray Heron

I encountered this bird in two different countries, and have two photos from each!

The first two photos were taken in Japan at Ueno park, where the heron was just off of the path and did not seem to mind the construction as decorations for the upcoming cherry blossom viewing were being set up.

The first second is from Singapore, in Sungei Buloh, where the Gray Herons were much more shy than the one in the previous images! These herons remained in trees at a good distance, but it’s kind of fun to see such a big bird in branches!
