Brown Creeper

Behold! A particularly elusive small bird! The brown creeper! Exceptionally difficult to photograph, this little guy! As the name suggests, they’d be creeping up the side of the tree, and as the second photo demonstrates, they blend in very well! With the dark canopy above, the long distance, and the small bird, so many pictures that I took ended up completely unusable! I’m glad this first one came out as well as it did! And the second one is pretty good from a “demonstrating camouflage” perspective!

I love birds with this shape. They are shaped like friends! But alas, they do not regard me so and thus I struggle to photograph them.
