Stork-billed Kingfisher

Every once in a while, you spot a cool bird flying away from you! Sometimes, you don’t see it again that day either. This is one of those times.

The ID is based purely off of the location (Sungei Buloh) and the color scheme. Non-zero chance I got it wrong, but the bit of orange and bright blue patch give me some hope I got it right at least.
