Red Squirrel

A small squirrel that, like most I’ve encountered, has absolutely no fear. They’d dart across trails right in front of us, and casually walk across roads even as cars speed back and forth around them. I don’t know if it’s a regional thing, but they were much smaller than their gray squirrel cousins!
