Peregrine Falcon

I’ve seen a handful of Peregrine Falcons in my life, but this is the first I’ve seen since picking up the camera! Unfortunately, there weren’t a lot of good angles. From the way it kept tilting its head, I wonder if there was a cliff chipmunk on the canyon wall below it was keeping an eye on.

Not pictured is that not far above this bird was one of the lookout points where lots of people were standing and taking pictures of the canyon! The falcon seemed unbothered by the human presence.
