Lesser Short-nosed Fruit Bat

Not a bird, but a bat! Encountered at Sungei Buloh nature center, up in some of the awnings! There must have been at least a dozen, if not two dozen of them all in the same area! I like the variety in their fur colors, from rusty to dusty!

I have a special affection for bats, having grown up learning quite a lot about them, so these were a very fun, unexpected find!
